Recipe: Lobster and Garlic Fried Rice

  • Vidalia Onion, diced – 1 cup
  • Scallion, sliced – 3 T
  • Red bell pepper – ½ cup
  • Oil, Peanut preferred – As needed
  • Garlic, minced – 1 t
  • Cold cooked rice – 1Lb
  • Lobster meat, K & C, cooked – 2 cups
  • Sesame oil – 1 t
  • Oyster sauce – 2 t
  • Dark, sweet soy sauce – 1 T
  • Fish sauce ( nuc mam) – 1 t
  • Salt TT
  • White pepper – ¼ t
  1. Quick fry vegetables in oils.
  2. Add rice, and oyster and soy sauce, mix well.
  3. Fold in the lobster, mix well and serve.
  4. Sprinkle with a few fresh chives
